Chelsea Class of 2011

Now that school is about to begin, it's time to get into the mode of shooting senior pictures again. So on Saturday, I joined Chelsea and her entourage at Ox Bow.  It's always fun to take pictures of girls since they love to change clothes and accessorize!  Chelsea looked beautiful in these favorites:

The Hostetler Family

I met up with this slightly silly family at the home of the grandparents to take some individual family pictures and then some of the entire group. Each "color" had its own distinct personality which made this shoot a lot of fun.

The Calendar Gardens

I met up with the Mosness family in the Calendar Gardens to take a few family pictures. Even though I've lived in Elkhart County for over a decade now, I've never once visited them. And wow, was I impressed! I can't wait to check the gardens out at the change of each season and to take more family pictures there.

Charley Creek

While visiting Wabash, we checked out the gardens at Charley Creek. What a photographers paradise! If only it were a little closer, I would use it a lot for familes and seniors. I did a shoot of grandparents and grandkids. And, with only one uncooperative young child (my son Tuck), I was able to capture some good shots.

Downtown Goshen

Ok, so I've been REALLY bad about updating this with the sittings that I have had in the last month. I guess I'll try to get that done before school starts--in just over a week! I did, however, want to give this family a chance to preview their pictures before they got a chance to see them all. So here are a few of my favorites (although I think I have lots of favorites from this shoot). I really liked how the style of this family tied in with setting we picked.
